I wanted to see how far I could push AI on a commercial, from the first idea to the final film. So I picked a kind of ad every Brazilian knows by heart, the morning coffee spot. Someone wakes up, the smell takes over the kitchen, the first sip, the packshot.

Almost everything here was made by AI. The woman, the video, the music, the sound effects, even the product from every angle, since I didn't have a box of it with me.

Before generating any video, I built the two things that had to stay the same in every shot, the product and the person.

A product sheet with the box from every side, all generated from a single photo of the real one, and a character sheet with her face, hair, clothes and hands from every angle. She doesn't exist.

With those two locked, I generated the film shot by shot, always pointing back to the same sheets. I worked out every shot on a free local model first, and only moved to the paid one once the idea was ready to finish. Five shots, one for each beat of the story.

The only thing I did by hand was the box. In some shots the label came out a bit hard to read, so I replaced the packaging in After Effects. The rest is several generations, picked, cut together and upscaled.
